They have done many residential and commercial jobs for us in the last couple of years. Always responsive, on time and always a solution to any problem. Jay and Steph couldn't be nicer and prices are always fair. We would recommend them for any kind of AC service you need.

On the morning of 7/7/16 we woke up to an awful sound coming from our AC unit outside. We have a known freon leak (the actual leak location is unknown) and we could see our line was frozen. We called the company that installed our unit and they couldn't come out for over a week. The next company we called couldn't come out for 5 days. The 3rd company we called I left a message and I still have yet to receive a call back. I finally called Cool Techs and Jason was able to send Joey out that evening and even worked around our work schedule. Joey called ahead and when he arrived was very thorough. Found that it wasn't a freon leak this time but he did add a bit since it was slightly low. Here when our unit was installed the drain was installed incorrectly so he fixed that and he had to replace the mother board. He had to order a part so was able to bypass stuff to get us air until the part arrived and he could install it the following Tuesday (they could have came earlier but due to my and my husband's work schedule Tuesday is when one of us could be here). Joey fixed our unit, but later that afternoon my husband realized the AC was no longer blowing cold air, he called and Jason said he would be there soon, he got here quickly and realized a wire came loose. He fixed it and we have been nice and cool since. I would highly recommend Cool Techs. Excellent customer service and back up their work!
