Crystal Springs Water

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I have been waiting over a week for a replacement cooler and have been on hold for almost 3 hours with not one person answering the phone. There is no help. Lindenhurst NY location is not helpful. Bill one of the regional managers refuses to resolve customer concerns. I have called every number available and all on hold for hours. My husband was on hold 2x for over and hour then the phone hung up both times. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY. I have been an unvalued customer for years and it wasn't like this in the beginning. I guess you never know until something goes wrong.
