Advance Contracting Inc

Advance Contracting sub contracted our company to paint an exterior Project in Washington DC. Back in November of 2019 At first, the company maintained a line of communication. After the project was completed. The company never fell through with the payment. As of now, they dont respond to my invoices, voice messages and have been giving the run around for over a month now. I have to call and get an update, if I dont; then they wont give me any information. When they do pick up, the receptionist has no answers. She informs that she only writes checks that are approved by Kevin who handles the finances. I ask questions and she cant answer them. Last time a email was responded was back in December 22nd 2019. At the moment I'm still owed funds. This company lacks professionalism and customer service. Any potential clients and sub contractors. Please stay away because you will be disappointed.

This company are unprofessional. They do not pay their sub contractor's.

They were amazing on so many levels! I had a previous contractor that came in & basically robbed me leaving me with cleanup & crappy work. Advance Contracting came in cleaned up the leftover demolition & fixed the job properly which allowed me to sell the house instantly.
