Viking Pump Service

I first initially called for someone to come and check my well cause my pump wasn’t cycling on and had no water. Upon calling I tried to inform the person I was talking to (I’m pretty sure was the owner) on what was going on and what was working and what wasn’t. And I’m no expert with wells and don’t know all the names for parts or the lingo. But when I explained it to the best of my abilities I was belittled and shortly laughed at cause my knowledge wasn’t up to his standards obviously. And then when my pump decided to fix itself and work I called and informed them I wouldn’t need the service immediately the following morning at their opening time. I called the night prior around 5 or 6PM for service. The following morning at 6 AM I called to cancel. At that time I was told “I can’t do this and cancel” “How dare I do this cause I have ruined all their plans for the rest of the day” “why didn’t I call or text to inform so he can plan accordingly”. My initial response to the last comment was I called when you opened and couldn’t call last night cause it was after hours. Their hours are 6-6. And supposedly it’s MY fault that I didn’t know the number for the company is his personal phone that could receive texts. This company was horrible from start to finish and I never even had service done with them. But what I’m finding out about these pump companies is they are older generation men that spit on the people who don’t understand well systems or can’t explain it to them properly. Wouldn’t recommend to ANYONE due to the way he wanted to speak to me. Oh and after he bitched me out and I hung up he sent me a text trying to plead his case on his angry and to apologize. Which I wouldn’t accept after the 2 previous phone calls I had with him
