I had a heating element go out on my dryer, called and got appt to replace it. Tech came out on June 6th, confirmed that it was the element. He ordered it and was told it would be shipped to my house and to call them when it arrived. After waiting about three weeks, the part arrived. Called and got another appointment for July 5th between 1p and 5pm. Waited all day and received a call from the tech at around 2:25p, he did not leave a message, tried to call back but no answer. Approx five minutes later a receive an email telling me that my appointment had been resset to July 11. Tried to call the tech, still no answer, left message with tech. Spoke to the A&E and was told the tech checked on my call and it showed the part was on backorder. They were unable to explain why my appointment had to be reset, just kept saying "the tech said the parts were back ordered". I tried to explain that the parts had arrived a week earlier and that i was already on the schedule for today and that I should be able to be seen. Still no help, I now have to take off work again to be at this appt. The rep on the call finally was able to get me an appointment for July 6, between 8a-12p. Very poor customer service and no communication from the parts/office to the tech. Another wasted day.

An appt was scheduled for me through warranty for 12.7.21 8am-12pm. They sent the confirmation to the wrong number so I called A & E and updated this info with them the day prior to the appt and I also confirmed the time. The technician never showed in the window given. Someone called the WRONG number again at 3.37pm. I called back and was instructed to reschedule the appt., the next available is not until another week away on 12.13.21. So I have to take off work AGAIN to accommodate this appt. I called A & E to obtain a number for corporate or a way to file a complaint and was given a bogus number for a Walmart gift card (800-341-25200). I called back and this time a rep told me he can forward the complaint but that there was no such phone number for this to be done or a way on their website.
