I gave them one (1) star because their is not a minus sign. They did the install but now they refuse to return my calls or emails or Texts. Promises but no action. I am really disappointed in the Company because I thought they were sincere and Reputable. "The proof is in the pudding." If you like them, use them but do not expect anything after the install of gutters. Close to $4000.00 is a lot of money when after the sale service is poor to none.
Very dishonest and poor customer service. They offer gutter cleaning, but this is only a ploy to get you to buy gutter covers. They offer coupons on Groupon and Living Social and I had purchased a gutter cleaning coupon on Living Social. I contacted them 4 weeks ago to schedule, they said they needed 2 weeks to come out. After 2 weeks I started calling them, each time I got an answering service, and they NEVER returned my call. Finally, after 2 weeks of calling them and no reply (this is now 4 weeks from original contact) I filled out a coupon offer on their website, and only then did I get a call back. But, when they came out they said they don't honor Groupon any more and they have never heard of Living Social. (Yet, coupons are currently available through both sites online.) It was a young man, Joshua, 24 or 25 years old. Although his father made a pitch for the business on a local TV station in Dec. 2018, Joshua said he himself started the business. He said he could not schedule a definite date to clean the gutters, that it would be in about 2 weeks. I had already been waiting 4 weeks!!! He would not pin down a date. I was upset and told him he would need to set an exact date now, before I would sign any contract that he was asking me to sign. He kept looking over his shoulder, would not make eye contact. I hate to use this word, but I will: he was a punk. People in business need to treat their customers, and their customers' time, with respect. This kid was not taught proper manners and argued at every turn. Don't waste your time with this company if you are looking for an honest and timely and respectful company.
