VML Seamless Gutters

I have repeatedly contacted this 'pro' Lennon, regarding the horrible workmanship of the so-called commercial grade gutters that I paid $1700 to have installed at my home for one week before they completely got destroyed by the first snowfall that fell after the gutter installation. I have requested a refund several times. The gutters are ripped to shreds or completely ripped off of the home. As soon as the next snowfall comes, the rest will be falling down as well. The only thing he has offered to rectify the situation is for me to spend another several thousand dollars and getting snow guards for my roof. If I would have known that in the beginning, I would've never got gutters in the first place. I have really tried to work this out with him before writing bad reviews, but I have no choice if he is not going to refund my money which is what should absolutely be done. Also, I have found handfuls of scrap metal that was cut off from the gutters from his workers. My dog cut his paw on the scrap metal also. I didn't bring this up to him because it wasn't a big deal for me to pick up their mess, but the fact that he refuses to refund my money, absolutely blows my mind, so I want to be honest completely about my experience with this company. I believe we will have to take this to small claims court if I do not get a refund.
