About D&L Heating & Air Conditioning
D&L is a small locally owned and operated, residential and commercial heating and air conditioning company. We started in 2004 and strive to be the best at an affordable cost, saving you money in energy and maintaining your comfort. We have over 35 years experience with residential and commercial HVAC systems. We perform service, repairs and replacements on furnaces, air conditioning, water heaters, electronic air cleaners, humidifiers and many other optional products. We can also try to fix air flow issues which is due to improper duct work, installation or both. We would love the opportunity to have a chance to prove our company is where you will want to return for repairs or maintenance in the future. We perform work for property managers, apartment communities, real estate agents and individual clients. We offer maintenance and service agreements for most HVAC systems. D & L staff are simply the best in our area. They are quite knowledgeable in their field and their work is outstanding. And their pricing is in line as they will not abuse you. We are a husband & wife real estate team who use this company regularly for our clients who need their services and have done so for close to twenty years. We also use them exclusively for the numerous rental properties we manage.
