First, I would give them as many stars as possible (Outstanding!). They were truly exceptional from giving me a prompt estimate, staying within budget and providing me with exactly what they said they would deliver and well within the timeframe promised (which was very important to me). They were professional in every sense of the word and so were the contractors they hired. Additionally, they cleaned up after themselves each day and did a thorough cleaning at the end of the project. In the end I got an even better basement and bathroom than I imagined. I would happily recommend this company to anyone!

Vanatta Project - Excel worked with us on our repair/remodel/update of our 33 year old suburban home. We completely remodeled the kitchen, breakfast nook and bathrooms, as well as replacing electrical, plumbing, carpeting, cabinets, counters and tile. In working with us on our budget, Excel both helped us select materials, as well as, allowed us to find and purchase materials on line and in stores that they then installed. They coordinated with other trades (our painters and movers) as well as their subcontractors (plumbers, electricians, carpet, and granite). Excel was also happy to give us reasonable estimates for doing lots of “little fixes” we had not gotten around to (re-install a fireplace mantel, upgrade stairs with decorative iron balusters, replace the side door to the garage, patch settling cracks above a window). Weaving our tasks in with other projects they had open, allowed them to be time efficient, and not have the trades stepping all over each other (though it felt to us that the total project was taking longer than it does on HGTV). We would highly recommend Excel for your project(s), of whatever size.

The team at Excel is professional and courteous. From initial design to the the final design they demonstrated patience and gave us valuable advice on how to make enhance our space. We did a basement remodel, including a full bath remodel. They offered us options and creative design advice to meet our needs. We would highly recommend Sean and Corey for any home remodeling needs.

Vanatta Kitchen and Two Bathroom Remodels | Feb 2015 | This house was built in 1981 and nothing has been updated since then. From the vinyl flooring to the old cabinets, this house was a contractor's dream. This house needed the kitchen remodeled along with the master bath and powder room. From the initial demo to paint touch ups this house now looks like 2015. The customers were great and are very pleased to how there house turned out. | $12k | Littleton, CO
Marks Bathroom | Jan 2015 | This project was completed in a finish basement. We just added a bathroom. We provided: framing, plumbing, electrical, drywall, tile, trim, paint, and everything in between. Our customer was amazing and this job turned out great! | $20k | Littleton, CO
Miller Bathroom Remodel | Sep 2014 | The bathroom needed a serious remodel. All the fixtures and appliances needed replaced. The homeowners did not want any of the plumbing relocated. We tore everything out and replaced everything. From the new tile to the walk in shower, this bathroom turned out amazing. | $12k | Littleton, CO
Keene Handrail and Stone | Jun 2014 | This was a beautiful house that had a big grand entrance when you walked in the front door. The handrail was beat up and very loose. We replaced it with six inch null posts and 3/4 metal balusters. The big null posts and balusters fit perfectly in the big entrance. We also put stone up around the fire place. We had to demo the drywall mantle and add a health. We also added the same stone to the kitchen back splash. Little things like a handrail and stone can bring so much life into a house. | $7k | Littleton, CO
Osborne Handrail | May 2014 | This beautiful house is located in the foothills. The indoor stair case needed a new handrail. This handrail had to be bent and the balusters were made out of rod iron. The homeowner wanted us to paint the handrail instead of staining and this project turned out very well. | $3k | Littleton, CO |
