I had Matthew come out to my home 2nd week in December for a look and to get a quote on a remodel project. He seemed very nice but didn’t really look to much at the actual build. Even emailed him blueprints from an engineer firm I’d hired. Was told I’d have a quote within a week. Week goes by nothing. I message and he says he’s busy but will have it that weekend. Weekend goes by nothing. So I message again but now no response. Get an email from him today saying he’s too busy and can’t do my job. I guess too busy to even give me a quote. Either way it’s been over a month since last response then all a sudden this email. What a joke. I already hired another company weeks ago. Had a similar experience with his brother. This company is a small time non professional business and I would avoid them. There are many licensed and insured reliable contractors in Denver metro area. Make sure you vet them before hiring anyone. Should have for this MDK and would have saved myself a lot of time and frustration.
