Signed a contract with Dennis in June of 2022 for a bathroom addition. After 2 years, I have a giant hole in my back yard, exposed foundation, rear sticking up vertically. No engineer was ever hired, an architect was never hired, Dennis used non-professional software to create "architectural plans". Never filed for a permit even though he told me his partner Bill had done so. Have been waiting for a refund for over two months and now he won't even communicate with me. Having to get DA involve to prosecute for felony theft since he won't give refund.
