I discovered mold behind a curtain, on one living room wall between my fireplace and French doors to a screened porch. Jim suspected flashing for the porch. He went out and found that the flashing was non-existent and that the cedar shingles under the asbestos shingles were rotten. I instructed him to remove all rotten wood that he found. Jim found that a large area of shingles, and all the decking beneath them were rotten. He removed all the rotten shingles and decking, and replaced both. When he was finished on the outside of my home, the side of my house in that area was painted & was a wonderful match of the existing. He then came inside to work. He removed all the damp horsehair and lathe, and put up new wallboard to match. He textured the walls and painted the new walls to match the existing wall. Problem solved! Jim was reasonable for the amount of work required. I was comfortable with him and his crew at my home. My property was left clean at the end of the workday. He showed up when he said he would. I would recommend this contractor.

We've hired Jim and Dustin for several different home repairs and maintenance projects and they've done a great job on all. They're hard-working, conscientious and prompt.
