  | PORCH REMODEL WEST ORANGE | Apr 2022 | This project was a complete porch remodel. We took up the porch flooring which was in very poor condition, and replaced it with AERATIS PVC Porch flooring. AERATIS porch flooring is a tongue and groove system, and fits together tightly to create a waterproof flooring, that will outlast wood comparatives. We also replaced the structural iron beams that held up porch, and replaced with KLEER posts, a PVC post. Additionally, we completely redid the railings with PVC rails. This porch will last much longer than the original wood porch, due to superior materials. The porch was also re painted, trimmed with baseboard, and cleaned. | $8k | West Orange, NJ |
  | Edison Front Porch | Feb 2022 | The client wanted their front porch redone, as the old one was decaying. We tore down the old porch down to bare concrete, and constructed a new substructure. Pressure treated grade #1 lumber was used to frame the substructure, and Trex Composite decking was used as the top decking, stairs, and railings. This project was completed from teardown to completion in less than a week. | $4k | Edison, NJ |
