Texas Choice Construction LLC

Do not use Texas Choice Construction! Very difficult to work with and poor quality. I had to pay another contractor to redo the work completed.

I would not hire this company. They came to my house very professional, speaking as though they have done this for years. Looking at my insurance claim and my insurance numbers. Telling me they could help me. All the owner wanted to do was get more money from my insurance company. He charged over $10,000 for 1/4 of my roof, he never came back to finished the job. Parts of my roof are still not installed. My ceiling is leaking and has had to be replaced multiple times from his faulty roof job and instead of fixing it he tried to tape it down and put epoxy on my metal roof multiple inches thick. Part of his own team came out to take pictures and told me that it needed to be all taken up and done correctly. I tried for months to get him to fix it and even though he said they offer a warranty, he will not fix his mistakes. I was faced to get an attorney. The cost to repair the damages it has caused to my house and to repair his mistakes is astronomical. It has been over a year since he started and still I have a house in shambles. Do not use this company. I have pictures to prove this. He had asked me to rate him if Facebook mid-job, so I did. He did not like my review or rating, because I provided pictures, so he blocked me from his business site ( after asking me to rate him) and got angry at the review. I am a disabled veteran, single mother and I have severe, disabling medical issues. I told him what he had done was wrong by taking advantage me and my money and he still will not right his wrong. Do not use this contractor!

I have hail and wind damage and we are so grateful to have Texas Choice Construction by our said. Quick to answer the phone. Came out to give us a very detailed bid. All in a very timely manner. Super professional, comuncation is 100%. They came out the same day to tarp my roof when I asked. So far so good. I can't wait to get started on the project. Thanks David and Alicia for helping us in such an overwhelming time. I will update this once all work is completed.
