HANDS DOWN THE WORST SERVICE EVER! I warn you DONT use this company. You will regret it. They will lie to get your business then not uphold anything that they told you. It took a month for them to deliver my belongings when I was told it would only be one week. The dispatcher June is one of the most disrespectful rudest people I have ever met in customer service and should be fired. Nobody stayed in contact with me. I had to call daily to get updates and call multiple times just to get them to answer. I was told 4 different dates that my items would be delivered and only the 4 and final one was correct. They are full of lies and a complete scam. The only pleasant people were the delivery men.I WARN YOU DONT USE THEM. The worst experience of my life. I highly regret it. They need to be shut down and out of business.

****Customer Beware*****Company DOES NOT have any ethcis or morals and will take your money. Will also be rude when you ask for an explanation or reimbursment. If it was allowed I would give negative stars. For those that have had issues here is June's (dispatcher) personal number 248-946-7651. I doubt you'll get anywhere but thought you may have better luck than myself. They want money up front upon delivery.... fine I'll give them that, but that's because people refused to pay because they do not care about your items whatsoever. Movers were rude and on the phone the entire time. Basically, they wanted their money for a half a$$ job in return. They will give you times and dates your belongings will arrive and "accidently" put them in storage, leaving you at their mercy. They tried to deliver items from the previous job to us and kept other items of mine. Do not listen to them when they say they do the whole move because "it's a FAMILY business. Seriously, what kind of family treats people this?!?!?!?! You will reserve your move with Eight Mile Moving and Storage and then when your reservation moves to dispatch the reservation department will no longer help you. Again, you are at their mercy. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

These guys worked their butts off and I couldn't be happier. I had a tough job and never had one complaint from the crew. Smiling and joking around the whole time! Couldn't have asked for a better crew!
