Terrible! I just gave away 300 dollars. Showed up without a ladder, bent my Vent, messed up my paint, left mess all over my kitchen and floors. I had to ask them to leave. Please save your money and don't make the mistake I made

They were very professional, arrived on the agreed upon time. I very pleased with the carpet once they cleaned it, I had a few places I worries about, but they got them out. The price was very reasonable for the service. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family. Will be a repeat customer when I need my carpets done again.

Our service man Chris was excellent. From beginning to the end he was very professional and courteous. He was very accommodating with our schedule and the job done was superior. | Norcross fall house | Apr 2016 | Water extraction can be dangerous and a nightmare for a resident or homeowner. Most people try to handle the job thierselves. I would not attempt this with a shop vac or towels. We are professionals in dealing with this issue. If not extracted properly even a damp area can begin to mold in as little as 24 hrs. Standing water can cause serious foundation issues as well as subfloor walls ducts even if you believe it not to be that big if an issue. A professional extraction company will go the extra mile and get to your job within an hour. If they are booked or busy with other extractions they should let you know immediately. Just dampness untreated caused this mold. There was no standing water present. The homeowner believed there was no reason to call a professional. 2 weeks later this is what awaited them in the dinning room.
