BEWARE!! DO NOT GIVE THESE GUYS YOUR BUSINESS!! This company is not professional. And not trustworthy. It was the weirdest and most frustrating experience I have had with a small town company. It is a family owned business. The sales staff at their 2 locations were fine and friendly, but not very knowledgeable. Any detailed response that I needed they would say, "you have to contact rod (the dad) or Ty (the unethical, unfriendly, and who will ultimately run their business into the ground, technician/son). The reps in the show room will tell you one thing, then you get someone else on the phone and they tell you another. Then when/if you get Rod or Ty on the phone they tell you something completely different. We had some miscommunications about pricing. I had been told a price by a sales rep, another by someone who left a voice mail giving me a definite price and even saying they would price match, then when I asked for a written quote from them, Ty sends me a ridiculously HIGH quote that was no where near what I had been told earlier by their reps and was more than any of their competition. When I asked Ty about price matching, he said, "We do price much "sometimes" but we choose when we want to, and in this case we do not." Who ever heard of a price matching program like that? This Ty was a real 'treat'. I think he is taking over the business for his aging dad. And he is not doing a very good job at it. All of my communication with Rod and mostly Ty was done through phone tag, email, and text. Very professional, don't you think? And when we were obviously having some disagreements and miscommunication going on, I tried several times to get them to meet with me face to face so we could discuss in person and figure things out. This never happened. They never even responded to my several suggestions to meet. They would just keep on communication solely through email or text. It was very frustrating. After several weeks of back and forth, I finally gave up and realized they did not care that much for my business, nor about customer service, nor about honoring what they have the reps tell you in the store and over the phone. Again I warn anyone looking for a good fireplace, wood stove, etc. DO NOT GO HERE!! Do your research. Check different places and pricing. These guys will gouge you. And when you call them out on their lies and trip ups, they will simply just say, "Well here is our "outrageously" over priced quote for you. Im sorry you "misunderstood" the recorded voicemail our associate left you. You're welcome to pay us that, otherwise, leave us alone" I don't know how they have stayed in business. AWFUL! AWFUL" AWFUL" . BEWARE!!
