Gut and redo Master, Main and Half Baths with heated floors, Italian Carrara Marble tile floors, wainscoting & chair rail, custom cabinets, Carrara Marble vanity tops, Panasonic ventilation fans, Toto Aquia Toilets with Toto Washlet seats. Also custom built Sliding barn door with Waterfall Tempered glass on Master bath. Refaced old brick fireplace with shiplap and dry stack chiseled stone and new hearthstone. Also installed new remote controlled gas log fireplace and painted existing cabinets on either side of fireplace. Removed old aluminum 8' sliding glass door and replaced with Pella french doors with sidelights containing sealed in louver blinds. Installed new tile floor in laundry room, motion sensing light switch, new LED ceiling fixture and new paint on walls, ceiling and existing cabinets.
