Whole House Home Inspections

It took me a whole day to find an inspector (before I came across WHHI). I was frustrated! No one was answering their phones or they didn't give me the answers I was looking for. I finally came across WHHI and checked out their reviews online. My decision was made! WHHI! The admin, Allie, who answered the phone, was very nice. She set up my appt for 2 days later. Chris and his trainee were earlier and already working. They were very courteous and easy to talk to. I'm a first time home buyer and don't know what to look for. I saw the "pretty" of the house, but needed an expert to tell me about the "behind-the-scenes" condition of the house. Chris did just that. His report was thorough and in great detail. Pictures and comments helped me to understand the condition of the house and what would need to be repaired/replaced. I had no clue there was so much wrong with that house. The money I spent on WHHI was well worth it. It saved me $189,900. I would recommend them to anyone thinking about buying a home.

Very professional. Very knowledgable. Walked me through everything he found at the end. Being an electrician I found comfort knowing he knew what he was talking about on the electrical. Saturday inspection made it easier with my work schedule.

John was absolutely amazing. I was present at the time of inspection and he answered all my questions thoroughly. After receiving the inspection report, you can clearly tell he detailed down everything. I would highly recommend him to anyone and will certainly be using him again in future.
