This was a very large sinkhole repair. This sinkhole was affecting their gazebo and entire yard. Everything was repaired correctly by full excavating the sinkhole. The customer chose to put seed and straw down as a ground cover afterwards.

This was a pretty large job with a home overlooking the lake. First we cleared the jungle leading to the lake, graded, sodded, installed a landscape design we put together, and added wonderful walking paths and steps, along with a paver patio, matching fire pit, and matching retaining wall. Landscape was added as well, but you are unable to see that from the day time photos.

This was a sinkhole located in the side of the customer's yard. The sinkhole was a burial pit of trees that was left here by either the builder or developer. This was on a medium size sinkhole. There were many whole trees buried there. We correctly repaired the sinkhole by digging out all of the debris and compacting it back with the right kind of dirt. The customer asked that the area be seeded instead of sod as well.

This project started in the front yard with clearing all existing ground cover, bringing in new topsoil, grading, installing new Bermuda sod, planting Pachysandra, and installing new pine straw. We also did a second phase a week later in other areas of this lovely home.

An old timber wall was removed and old stepping stones were removed. We installed a 3 block system retaining wall with steps coming up both sides of the wall and a planting bed on top. New mulch and plants were installed in the bed. New stepping stones were added to create a mini path too. Seed and straw was installed instead of sod at customer's request.
