Poor workmanship , warranty and supervision Subcontractors came to the job unannounced , damaged marked power lines ( we had to pay to fix) ran over out back gate ( had to buy and install a new one , ruin led our newly installed privacy fence ( had to restain at our expense) The list goes on ........ The concrete was upsold to a stamped finish The stamp finish has yet been completed ( upsold ) No follow up from foreman or owner of the company ( Kevin and James ) I am sure we are looked at like( thats that job we f ed up on don't answer ) The latest we are being told that warranty the will not cover loose coping that has been paid for STAY AWAY go to Walmart and buy a inflatable pool. The store front is nice and people are friendly. But again. Go somewhere else to get a pool built I have heard good things about Neptune
