Called for a leak on my bathtub faucet, he came out said he needed to order a part would be back in 2 days. It has now been 10 days and he doesn't return text messages and now has told me to find someone else. I would not recommend him to anyone as he will leave you with the problem that you contacted him about.

They charged me $400 to put a wax ring on a toilet. It didnt work and the leak persisted. I asked, "is there an issue with the wastline?" They wanted to charge me $700+ to send a camera down a 20ft pipe, plus $400 dollars to cut a whole in my drywall. If you're keeping score - that's $1,500, just to tell me what is wrong with my toilet. I would never do business with this company or recommend them to anyone.

We had our pipes replaced, installed a tankless water heater and extensive repairs to overall plumbing system. The work was was done impeccably. For over a decade we had a foul odor emanating from our bathroom shower and we were told it was because we live so close to the Tar Pits. Thanks to Jason we learned that it was not the case, rather it was because of faulty plumbing. Jason and team are masters at the trade and you would never know that they were there. Everything was completed exactly as promised and on time. Thanks Jim Wagner Plumbing for the excellent service!!! We will definitely use them again for future plumbing needs.
