I am a full time Vocational Carpentry Instructor. I am seeking weekend and evening projects. I have been in the business a long time, and I make very good use of time as such. I don't charge for bids. If we agree on a price, I will put it in writing. I am also certified for many other trades related to home repairs. I love to do Interior / Exterior coatings more than anything. Complete homes to out buildings, & everything in between. I don't have an hourly rate. I look at the job, and set the price: Materials & Labor, no gray area or hidden costs. I put my name on every job. Thanks for looking. James.....
