Not pleased with David Wheeler’s lack of communication. I’ve asked on numerous occasions for him to keep me posted on changes in mowing schedules, yard treatments, ect. Never get a reach out from him, always have to email (which are seldomly responded too) or text (again, which are seldomly responded too). As a customer, I shouldn’t have to reach out for basic yard service duties after I’ve committed to a annual contract. The yard does look very good after they service my yard. They do a great job mowing, trimming, and clearing the trimmings from my property. The employees are always very friendly and have made it a point to ensure they give my property the best service possible. My only issue is with the leadership. I have no plan to renew my contract with Wheeler.
