Master Bathroom - Glendale, CA | Mar 2015 | Clean simple bathroom with all the whistles including a television! We extended the bathroom out long ways and removed the tub to create a walk-in shower. Storage was key when designing this bathroom so we extended the bathroom where there was a linen closet right outside of the space. We then incorporated a linen closet inside the bathroom and installed a television for our client to enjoy while getting ready in the morning. We also included twelve pull out drawers and two tall medicine cabinets for extra storage! | $40k | Montrose, CA
Guest Bathroom Remodel | May 2014 | The guest bathroom was in desperate need of a face lift. We decided to keep everything in its current location (bathtub, sink and commode) and update the materials within the space. We used a dark tile for the main tile pieces in the shower and accented it with a mosaic glass band. The bathtub is low profile for easy access in and out of the shower area. We incorporated a glass partition to visually make the space bigger than it appears. The vanity was traded out with a wall mounted one to make the space visually larger as well. Clean lines, dark wood tones with with porcelain is what makes this bathroom spa like. | $10k | Cerritos, CA
Family Room Redesign | Feb 2014 | This living room was in desperate need of functionality and organization. They had a collection of various items that did not work well together. By reworking the furniture layout we were able to create a working, sitting and play area within the room. The selections of the furniture pieces were selected with ample storage to help them declutter the space. Now that everything has a place to go we could focus on the finer points in the room. The column in the middle of the space became a focal point instead of an eye sore by hanging artwork and grabbing your attention. This also became a perfect opportunity to place the sectional sofa, creating a seating area. Behind the sofa we added a console table creating a walkway from the front door into the room. Behind the other side of the sofa we created the perfect space for their little girl. With enough storage to accommodate all of her toys, she also has a play area without being in the middle of everything. They also needed a place for their adult beverages, in return we created a beverage bar in the living room right outside of the kitchen. This works perfectly when guest come over. | $12k | Cerritos, CA
Guest Bedroom Redesign | Dec 2013 | This bedroom was a place where a bunch of mix-match pieces came to rest and was in need of a desperate face lift! The fireplace had nothing going on but some tile around the opening and the walls had no character. After removing all of the furniture we decided to make the fireplace a focal point in the room. We accomplished this by removing the existing granite and replacing it with a proper surrounding. To finish off the room we added wainscoting around the room. We left the position of the bed and added a seating area in front to take advantage of the large white entertainment center on the opposite wall. The decor we decided to use was a rich wood tone for the furnishing pieces with accents of white and gray throughout. It is not shown on any photos I currently have but we also placed a headboard in the room as well. The headboard was made of an old door (tilted to be on its side) with a white crown molding we added along the top. | $10k | Lakewood, CA
Master Bedroom Redesign | Nov 2013 | This bedroom was initially the daughter's bedroom. After moving out it was time for the parents to take over the space. The bedroom was painted in a bright red and was not the style they were looking for. First we decided to paint the walls a nice neutral color to bring a romantic feel to the new master bedroom. We used some of their existing furnishings from around the home to implement into the bedroom. New bedding and a seating area in front of the bed was placed so they could have a view of the golf course just behind their home. Accessories and artwork is all it needed to make this their dream room they have come to enjoy every day! | $7k | Lakewood, CA
Guest Bathroom Remodel | Oct 2013 | This bathroom was not properly designed to be used in its fullest potential. We decided to move some things around to maximize the space. The bathtub was removed and was converted to a stand up shower in the back of the room. The sink and commode was then switched to the opposite side to allow for a back door leading to their pool area. In the shower area we decided to use a frosted glass subway tile and accented with a white grout. This makes the tiles pop creating a great focal point in the room. A glass partition was also used to allow your eyes to visually see the space. A lighter porcelain tile was used on the floor proper to help contrast the shower walls. To keep this bathroom looking to dark in the shower area we installed a long window along the top. Inside the shower you will find a wood bench (moisture resistant) for seating and to store your shampoos and soaps. The vanity is floating off the floor and has storage for your towel along with drawers for extra storage. Flanking either side of the mirror are to sleek sconces allowing light to shine onto your face when getting ready for the day. | $15k | Bellflower, CA
Long Beach - Redecorating Project | Jan 2013 | My client moved into this home and found the furniture to be too big for their home. Utilizing some of the pieces we were able to redesigned their space to be functional and spacious while updating the design of the decor. | $7k | Long Beach, CA |
