My oil burner was shooting black soot all over my basement and smelled terrible. After many failed attempts to hire a reliable affordable company, no one returned my calls or even answered their phone! I called Empire (they answered the phone each time), and scheduled a tune up. Upon arrival they were extremely courteous and neat. First off they arranged for a chimney cleaning. After that they thoroughly cleaned the entire boiler and preformed what they called a combustion test which I never saw others do. After a tune up and adjustments we were purring like a cat and no more smell, no more CO2 alarm, no more spot, just nice hot heat! The money I save in oil will more than pay for this very professional service by a very reliable and reputable company. Look no further call Empire.

Words cannot describe the problems we were having with our heating system. We tried five so called reputable companies and one was worse than the other. They kept trying to sell us a new $18,000 system. We called Empire and as soon as I spoke to Mack I was convinced he was our guy. He showed up as scheduled fully prepared to solve the mystery with our TRANE system. Within a half hour he found the boiler was piped improperly and the ducts were too small. We hired him at a very reasonable cost and he had us heating the house better than ever. We never had air or heat upstairs but we do now. Mack antonoff HVAC sold me and installed a 100,000 btu 96 afue Goodman a coil and furnace in my home. Months later I found out he installed a 80,000 btu 86 afue unit in my home. This is called FRAUD if I’m lying he would sue me for liable and or slander, I have the proof. So I say actions speak louder than words, he can’t sue me I’m not lying and I’m posting publicly.
