Tree 413

Joe did show up timely for an estimate. But my gosh what a screaming rage he went into when i asked to have tree trimmed that formed an archway over my driveway that i felt was totally unsafe. Intead of discusing options for the tree he just screamed at me how it was my neighbors tree, when i asked him "please dont be aggressive with me he just stormed off like a little 2 year old in his vehicle racing down the street. i attemped to explain i had spoked with my neighbor and would again before work was done, but clearly Joe does not understand the would discus. Joe is rude, unprofessional and abusive to women and the elderly, a parently Joe doesn't understand respect either. Sorry Joe but some senior citizens can still red and write, maybe you should consider this before you scream at the nest female!

For quite some time I wanted 3 large oak trees to be removed from the yard. I contacted a few companies but it wasn't until I saw Tree413 working in the neighborhood that I called them. Joe and his guys were great. They did a terrific job and were the best and nicest people to deal with.

I hired Tree 413 after getting three estimates from other companies. Joe gave me a very competitive price. Joe & his crew did a fantastic job. They removed six trees & trimmed multiple smaller trees & bushes from my yard. The job involved many pieces of tree removal equipment, to watch Joe & his crew maneuver a 38 ton crane from my driveway, an reach trees throughout my yard was just amazing. Especially when they used that crane to reach a tree in my front yard by going over my two story house was a site to be seen. Also watching Joe climb multiple trees to trim branches was pretty impressive too, to watch an owner of a company take such pride in the job that he was doing showed me his passion and commitment to a job he said he would do to my satisfaction. I spent two days watching Joe and his two man crew ( who were awesome) taking down trees and trimmings bushes and during that time Joe suggested another trimmings that he did at no extra charge, that just made me realize what a professional Joe was and how he took extra care to satisfied his customer. The thing that was most impressive to me about Joe and his crew was their clean up of my property, after they were finished doing all their work, if you came to my house after they left, you wouldn't be able to tell that I had any work done except my yard has more sunlight. My wife and I would personally recommend Joe and his company Tree 413 to do any tree service to your property. I also have a personal note to say about Joe, after spending time with him during the free estimate and his two days of work at my house, I truly think of him as a friend and not just someone I hired to do a job.
