Took an ice cream cart to them as it had not been cooling...told them I was in no hurry for repair to work on where they can....followed up with him periodically over 10 days and he said he couldn't figure out what was wrong with the unit...thought maybe the compressor was bad as it was 'holding pressure'....well after this, I decided to take it elsewhere and get a 2nd opinion and the next repair place called me and said it had a pinhole leak in it and after instructions from the manufacturer, put a special type of stop-leak in it and guess what...unit works and cools properly....and this guy said the compressor was bad..
