My home was having settlement issues, cracking on the outside walls and floors were slopping. Found Stable Foundation online and was so impressed with Steve with being so thorough with his free inspection. So I hired them to helpmeet and my family’s home. After Steve got finished and I signed my agreement it was like being part of the family at Stable Foundation Solutions. I talked with Debbie the office manager and she was so friendly and a pleasure to talk with. Then we got scheduled right away and then, boom crew was out for a few days and looks like they were never onsite. Cut and removed concrete and flowers and could never tell they were there except the cracks on the house was completely closed and floors are slope free. This company is a cut above the rest of the foundation repair all across Florida. Not pushy and very very dependable and knows there business inside and out. Highly recommend and is true my a family owned and operated business that cares. Did a free inspection on my neighbors house and let them know nothing was needed and there Foundation was I perfect shape..

We had such a great experience with Stable Foundation Solutions with our rental property in lake city. We initially called for a crack in our home which lead to a void under our foundation slab. The crew was there to repair our foundation within days and on time. They also noticed a crack in our patio carport and filled that void while on site making for an easy and overall great experience.
