I really enjoyed working with the vitralum team, they were very professional and they have competitive pricing. They have done work in my house for over 6 years and I couldn't be happier.

This folks indeed know about glass, I was looking for a 100% frameless shower enclosure and the 3 first companies that I called told me that my bathroom layout doesn't allow to set up the glass panels without using a metal header, I was very disappointed and about give up on my desired shower enclosure then, my wife called Vitralum and they said that they could make it a reality, I have to confess that I was a little bit skeptical but, they made it as they promised. All of our interactions with team members were great, nice people, very knowledgeable, and polite. It was a great experience, they scored 10 of 10 Thanks Vitralum

I hired Vitralum a few weeks ago and I am very impressed with their work and work ethic. They where very professional from start to finish. From the three quotes I got they were the only company that follow up with me and offer a shower that was truly frameless. I highly recommend this company.

VITRALUM GLASS SOLUTIONS IS A BIG RIP OFF! They will delay and delay and delay in an effort to stress you out so much that you will pay an exorbitant amount above the original quote. Then when you finally agree, they will promise you that the shower glass will be installed within a week or two, but low and behold, OVER A MONTH LATER YOU WILL NOT HAVE A SHOWER - MARK MY WORDS, IF YOU HIRE THEM, YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF! They will lie and delay until you finally give up and pay an exorbitant amount of money just to get rid of their lies and horrendous service. And after you pay, they will NEVER pick up your phone call again! They changed the from $1,400 to $1,800 (this increase was justified because I changed the thickness of the glass) by then they UNjustifiably changed the amount to $1,950 for no reason. We negotiated and agreed on $1,900 but then weeks went by with absolutely no calls and no installation. I finally called them only to find out that the price was increased AGAIN to over $2,000. I strongly feel that they used a very low price to hook my business with a "bait and switch technique" and constantly changed the price to a higher and higher price because they thought I would be willing to pay any amount. They deliberately delayed in an effort to force me to become more and more desperate in an effort to cause enough distress that I would increase my agreement to OVER $2,000 when the original quote was only $1,400.
