Keenan W Park

I have used Mr. Park for several repairs in my home and I am giving him a 5 star review, one star for each of the following items: experience, knowledge, communication, integrity and price. Mr. Park started his career in the home construction business and worked his way up to crew supervisor. He was very good at keeping me informed as my projects progressed and alerted me promptly to any unexpected problems. He was very honest and reasonable in his cost estimates and let me know if the cost of a repair would almost be the same to just replace. Mr. Park is what I consider a handyman's handyman.

Keenan is a very nice person, he came in promptly and was reasonable, but I needed somebody to fix my sprinkler problem and although he did replace the broken valve the sprinkler was not working properly when he finished. I let him go because I realized that he did not really now how to fix my problem; after searching on line I found that my initial problem could have been fixed by replacing the diaphragm and my present problem only requires opening a valve. I will have to take care of it myself. In all fairness, Keenan told me that he did not know how the sprinkler control valves worked but how to replace them, and that he did well.
