Sydney renovated a townhouse that I have as a rental property. I will highly recommend her services to anyone, every chance I get. Plumbing, electrical, interior kitchen and bath renovations, door installation, base and crown moldings, painting and wall finishes. She can do it all and she does it all very well. We ran into several areas where previous work was done in a substandard manner. Sydney fixed them all. She is a problem solver. And that trait, in and of itself, is invaluable.

For anyone who ever has felt uneasy about the integrity of home improvement service providers, look no further than Sydney. This is a super belated review, but I had hired Sydney to help install bathroom fans in our condo a few months back. In terms of the actual quality of work and professionality, she was outstanding. What I believe sets Sydney apart from my prior home improvement service experiences is that I truly felt that she was being fair, honest, and absolutely not predatory; Working with her felt more like having a (unicorn) good friend who happens to be incredibly handy. I highly recommend her and plan on working with her again in the future.

This is the second time she came to our home for another project. I must say, we are very satisfied with her service. Highly recommend her.

Sydney was the third handy person I hired to erect my 11 x 21 Prefab lifetime storage shed. I found her profile on the Porch website and was impressed with her experience. She did not disappoint my optimism. She came over,looked at the job which the previous two people had messed up and gave me her word she will get the shed up in three days and she did. She even came back to clear the trash that was left behind in the back yard. I was very impressed with her work etiquette and would recommend her to anyone contemplating erecting a tool or storage shed in the back yar. She is the go to handy woman for all your shed jobs.
