I never arrive to a job without a vacuum cleaner, broom and dust pan. I can quote you a flat daily labor rate with a minimum of a halfs day labor, regardless of type of work needed. I will also purchase materials to get job done and give you receipts for reimbursement of parts and or materials at the end of the job or end of day. I minimize inconvenience to customers by being on time & prompt. I have good communication skills and great follow up via phone, text and e-mail. I bring integrity to my business by respecting my customers homes, developing long term relationships, repeat calls, referrals and developing trust. If there is something I can't do I will research it and provide my customers with options to solve or complete tasks. I also know many reliable trade workers that I refer to my customers.
