I hired this company to identify which line was the vent and which was the sewer outlet on a sewage ejector pump. One of their employees came out two days in a row on May 19th, 2020 and May 20th, 2020 and performed the identification. I proceeded to have my team hook up the lines per their identification, which to our surprise was incorrect. They identified the lines incorrectly. When trying to work with this company for a resolution, surprisingly, the gentleman that came out to perform the erroneous work on my house was suddenly no longer with the company? I spent hours trying to resolve this with them to no avail. I would not recommend this company to anyone in need of specialized plumbing work or identification of lines.
