Modern Concept Home

We just completed our addition with Modern Concept Home about 3 weeks ago. We hired the company to put a one bedroom addition onto our home, to be used as a nursery. I must admit, I was nervous about having to worry about building permits and other such legalities in Beverly Hills. Tim came to our home for a consultation and reassured us that everything would be handled and he was very thorough and professional from start to finish. The addition is just how we had imagined and the project was completed a few days before schedule, which we appreciated. The room is beautiful complete with crown molding and French doors leading to the back yard patio. It really matches the style of the rest of our home, which was very important to us. All in all, we are very pleased with the outcome of our home addition.

A+! I LOVE it! I called Modern Concept Home to just re-do my master bathroom. I realized half way through that I also wanted to add walk in closets. I felt bad thinking that this request for a project add on would be an issue, but it wasn’t! All of the cabinetry options are really pretty and it was hard to choose my favorite, but now I feel like my favorite places in the house are my bathroom and master closet! I will definitely be calling them again for my next project, which I’m thinking will be the kitchen after seeing Tim‘s before/after pictures. I highly recommend them, very professional and had a great experience!

Using Modern Concept Home and their contractor, Tim was a great choice for our remodel. My wife and I moved to Orange County close to a year ago. I am a serious home cook, and the kitchen and bath were very outdated and in need of some sprucing up to say the least. My wife and I have very different styles and it’s not always easy to come to a decision that makes us both happy (I have since learned that a happy wife equals a happy life). I was very impressed with the amount of choices there were as far as tile and finishes! She got her traditional double sink vanity and I got my sleek contemporary kitchen with travertine flooring to keep it all cohesive. The whole remodel was finished in just under two months, which was fantastic and Tim did a beautiful job and really made it happen for us!

Modern Concept Home did a fantastic job on remodeling my kitchen. Reasonable rates and good communication throughout the process. They were on time , did impeccable work and were helpful in every aspect of the renovation. I would reccomend them for small or big jobs you might have around home.
