I purchased a Groupon deal that this company was promoting and told them right up front about it. We agreed to an appointment that I took off work to be home for. When that appointment time came and went I tried to call them to ask about it but there was no answer. I kept trying and trying until finally, six hours later, they called back and told me to cancel the Groupon and appointment. Call me old fashioned but I believe that if a company promotes a sale or a deal then they need to have the professionalism to honor that sale or deal and not leave their clients hanging for six hours and then outright cancel the entire service. If they can't be trusted to keep their word, then they can't be trusted into your house.
