Jim Asperger is a crook. Was a long time neighbor and we thought he was a friend. He called himself our friend. Dealing with him recently I would recommend finding another hvac/heating contractor. If you choose to use him make sure he pulls permits prior to doing any work. Make sure you are getting the exact equipment you asked for prior to installing. Be sure he signs a contract with full description of the work to be done. Most importantly, don’t use this contractor!!!
