Home Pro was contracted to build a home for us. Nathan Scott is personable but does not control or demand quality from his subcontractors. The brick exteriors required removal and replacement due to poor quality workmanship from his sub. The tile floors are not symmetrical as should be installed. They did not start in the center when laying them out but rather started along the wall with a full tile. The tile shower needed to be torn out and reworked not once but twice due to it leaking into our basement. We moved into our house without the punch-list completed as we had no choice since we had sold our previous home. 1-1/2 years later and we still have items not corrected and Nathan has NO intention of coming back to fix these items. In a particular is our very expensive front entry door that was stain grade fiberglass. they used a basic stain and not a gel coat type needed. the door peeled within months. By his own admission his painter would not return to correct the issue. Mr Scott made an attempt which made the issue worse. When asked several times to correct it we were finally given a response that he was not returning and would offer a $400.00 credit. This is a $ 3000.00 door not to mention the labor and material for staining. We have had others look at it at which we have been told the door would need to be replaced as it could not be fixed unless we wanted to paint it. We did not choose or pay for a painted door but a stained door. My wife is extremely embarrassed to have anyone come to our home because the first thing they see is this atrocious looking front entry door. Our brick steps are settling badly and separated from our porch because they were built on slabs over fill dirt and not on foundations. We still have water intrusion around our basement door and the would trim is rotting from getting wet. These re just some of the highlights of the quality of Home Pro LLC in Loudon TN. I would advise not to use Mr. Scott or Home Pro LLC. Absolutely DO NOT pay him in full until you are completely satisfied with the project if you do choose to hire him. We have given him every opportunity imaginable to make things right but he has no intentions. His apparent attitude is "ignore it and it will go away". We will be forced to sue him even though it will likely cost more than the repairs, but it is the principal now!

Please please please DO NOT allow this man Nathan Scott to work on your home. He worked on our home and basically we had to have it all redone. He put in my bathtub and didn't put the right kind of sheet rock thats ok to get wet. He put my upstairs bathtub on a hole in my floor instead of fixing it. I had to tell him to take the bathtub out and fix the floor. He didn't put a light over my kitchen sink, something that is normal. He didn't have a plumbers door to my bathtub plumbing. There was no way to get to the plumbing. He doesn't know what he is doing and he is lazy. The carpenter that came after Nathan was astonished at the jackleg work that he did. Everything he did was bad. Just a warning, hire him at your own risk.

They provided heat and ac for a 3,100 square foot storage building. A-OK!

Nathan replaced my AC with a new one. They started early but didn't even disturb me. A neat, clean job was left behind.
