A&E Factory Service

I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star if I didn’t have to.. This company is the absolute worst I’ve ever dealt with.. They haven’t fixed my washer, I’ve had 6 different technicians come out already, all blame the person before them & each time saying same thing, “previous technician didn’t calibrate machine”, bullshit!! Then been canceled on 3 times, today yesterday and this last Thursday, not notified til between 11:30-1:30, after I’ve stayed up all day waiting for someone, I work 2nd shift, I sleep during the day.. Called from my phone to speak to someone, it recognizes my number & doesn’t give me the option to talk to anyone, so used my wife’s phone & it gave me that option, lady I talked to said they only have one technician which is a lie because the previous 6 that came out was all different people each time, I ask to speak to a supervisor and she says they don’t have a number, again, bullshit. Was also told from the get go, if they couldn’t fix my machine the 3rd time, it would be deemed unrepairable & GE would replace it.. Here we are 6 technicians later, now can’t get anyone to come out, keep getting excuses and no shows, can’t wash clothes have to take them to be washed… I will never buy a GE washer again, I will also never buy anything that has to be fixed thru this company

They are the WORST, they 3rd party contract for Sears and their customer service SUCKS!! I have been waiting 6 weeks for them to fix my refrigerator and they have canceled on me 3x with some bullshit excuse! Then you have to reschedule for a week to 2 out!! You only get rude as in very rude people answering the phones and hanging up on you. Do not ever buy any Sears appliances or use their service warranty plan you pay a lot of money for poor customer service!! Do not ever use A&E repair, worst company ever!!!

DO NOT USE A&E FACTORY SERVICE – My Kenmore Elite microwave oven has been broken for half a year. I have had four service visits with multiple technicians and from my experience it is clear they do not know how to repair the equipment and are simply guessing as to what the cause of the problem is. This company is only in the business of taking your money and hoping the parts they order will actually fix the problem. DO NOT WASTER YOUR MONEY. I highly recommend you find another company with qualified technicians that actually want to fix your problem, not just roll the dice and hope for the best. $400 down the drain – BUYER BEWARE!

Waited 2 months for repairs and still broke. I then called to get fixed and You cant call local A&E you get a call center, So instead of fixing today or tomorrow, because of improper maintenance the TECH did, I have to wait another week for repairs. DO NOT USE THEM OR BUY WARRENTY!!!!!!!
