Service tech could not fix tv - sent info to warranty company and nothing - called 3 times left messages and NOTHING -- poor poor customer support

2 repairmen came to my home on 2-4-20 to evaluate my microwave and decided it needed a new turntable motor. It was to arrive in 3 or 4 days. I called and there was no answer. Please call me and give me an update.
