Randall's Paving

This company doesn't deserve even half a star. The charged me 15 tousand to do my drive way. I have been contacting them for2 years now trying to get them to fix their work. I have been given every excuse known to man. Plus they setup times they would be here and never showed up. Please do NOT use them

We had our driveway paved and new parking pad cut and paved on June 16, 2016. New asphalt looks good, but an error at our walkout basement has made using that access to our home problematic as the door only opens partially before it hits the new asphalt and is blocked from opening the rest of the way. I have a couch I need to put in my basement and I can't open the door fully to allow me to do so. I have been trying (for TWO MONTHS) to get Randall's Paving back out to correct the problem. We paid in full at the time of service and have a one year warranty, and yet, it's as if we no longer exist. VERY difficult to get return calls or any constructive communication. We've been told MULTIPLE times that they are coming to fix it within a certain timeframe and then they just don't show up or make any alternate plans. Probably going to lose my free couch and end up in small claims court. If you have an easy straight driveway that doesn't impact anything else, these guys may be your pavers. Otherwise, save yourself the MASSIVE inconvenience and headaches and call someone else.
