They have horrible management!! Rodger is one of the worst people to work with! He discriminates against races that are not white, he talks unprofessionally to workers, he shows up 3-4 hours late, he takes an hour to an hour and a half lunch breaks after showing up hours late to the job, he doesn't inform workers of the allotted time for lunch and will make that a reason to have you fired if you aren't his color, he complains about the company, the workers and the company benefits but they keep him as a trusted leader for their company and will fire anyone based solely on his word without actually looking into his accusations. He can't keep workers because nobody wants to work with him. Work place discrimination is a lawsuit, it's illegal Hayes contracting so my advise is that you stop listening to that man that clearly hates his job but doesn't have any other options and don't pass judgement based on what he has to says solely because a lawsuit is going to be the result.
