Tech showed up to charge lines. Started cursing when the system wouldn't run correctly and claimed he'd have to replace 2 solenoids and a module on the clock. When asked when he could make the repairs he said "next time I'm in town".. Owner was called and scheduled for an appointment the next week for 10AM on a weekday. Owner never called and showed up 3 hours late. Owner knocked on the door and said he can't service us because it's to much work to fix an irrigation system that had been working perfectly fine for 16 years before their tech touched it the week prior. Next time a simple apology for showing up 3 hours late on a weekday would be a much better start to a conversation. Not surprised with the lack of customer service, it's 2022 after all.
