I found this business through “Local Locksmith Hq” I told them what i needed & they said when they found a technician they would call me. I did not know it would be this company. When the technician called me it was hard to clearly hear what he was saying because his English wasn’t good. Before I go any further I want it to be known that this issue has nothing to do with the color of his skin or where he came from. When he told me the price over the phone I heard either $69 or $89 which was fine. He arrives, never clarified the total before he started, never told me his name or anything. Once he was able to get my doors unlocked he told me I could sit on the porch & he would tell me when he finished. (Remember this part it is important) about 45 minutes later && the technician taking a couple cigarette breaks in his COMPANY vehicle, he asked if I would like a remote to lock & unlock my doors with the button, he said that would be $35. I agreed because in my head I’m still getting a deal. At that moment he should have said “that will bring your total to” but he didn’t. Once it was time to pay he informed me I owed $236 & immediately I was like that's not what you told me. He said it was his fault because his English sucks & he would give me a discount which was $26 bringing my total to $210. I was livid! I paid because I had no choice. I go home feeling like I had just been robbed & I called the business & requested a quote for the same vehicle I have. I was told $150. The next day I called to speak with a supervisor because I didn’t think that was professional or acceptable at all. The woman told me she was sorry && that she understood & agreed & would see about getting me a refund. Today I call her back && she informs me that since the technician came out & made the key they couldn’t offer me my money back not even a part if it. This made me more angry. Later on this afternoon I am in my vehicle looking for something && i look under my backseat passenger side floor mat && my missing key is under the floor mat like it had been placed there. Nobody has been in my vehicle since & there is No possible way it got there on it’s own. So I’m certain that when I was asked to sit on the porch he placed my key there so that the business wasn’t lost. & i wonder how many others this Has happened to? It was very unprofessional & the fact i was told by the technician himself that it was his fault Bc his English sucked says you had no intentions on being clearly understood on prices & being able to communicate. I feel I was scammed this is not how business is conducted && I’m being told nothing can be done! I would not recommend this place to the devil himself. The language barriers within the company is outrageous & only one person (a complaint supervisor) spoke clear English. What a damn joke!
