The person never showed. Made an appointment the week prior spoke with a gentleman who was very nice set the appointment up for the following Saturday 9:00 a.m. Till 11:00 a.m.. 15 minutes till 11 had not received a call from the technician so placed a call to dispatch to make them aware that we had not heard from anyone. Told her that we were at the address waiting. Was told by dispatch that the person was finishing up a job then he should be headed our way in 10 to 15 minutes. An hour later still No one showed. Called dispatch back and was told that he wasn't sure if anyone was there so he didn't come. Made the dispatcher aware that that didn't make any sense because I had spoken to her and told her that we were at the address waiting. She says she would give the technician a call and call us back. 20 minutes later still no call from the technician still no call from the dispatcher so we called them and canceled the appointment. Total waste of our morning. Could have called someone else.
