In and out painting

I have no idea if the owner of this company is a good or bad house painter. All I know is he suffers from road rage. He mistook me for another cab driver, followed me, honked at me, and then dangerously drove around me on the right on the shoulder of the road to pass me. When I called the number on the truck to complain, the owner answered and said "Fuck you, bitch!" and hurled more invective at me, including saying he wasn't going to kiss my ass. He also claimed I had "brake-checked" him near a Walmart, when I was nowhere near a Walmart at any time during the day, and I have video to prove it. I wouldn't allow this man in my home to do any kind of work.
