KRC Roofing and Construction

Hired KRC Roofing & Construction to put on a new roof and gutters. At the first rain we discovered gutters were not installed correctly with the pitch in the wrong direction and collects water opposite to where the downspout is located, which has since started to leak. They installed a downspout that empties where that water can't go anywhere other than back towards the foundation of the house. Will not respond to our text or phone calls. Neighbors also informed me of similar issues with having anyone from KRC come back out to complete the work. Unfortunately once the contractor is paid, its near impossible to have them come back to address issues that may arise. I would recommend anyone having gutters or roof installed recently, check the work as gutters that are installed incorrectly may not be noticeable at first but will start to leak with water sitting in the corners where a sealant is used to bond the corners. Filed a complaint with the BBB which investigated the conflict and found that KRC roofing was not cooperative with them and has since been listed as "Contractor unresponsive" on the BBB website. That alone should be concerning and a red flag for anyone considering using KRC Roofing. Would be happy to edit this review if KRC came back to fix the issues, but assume if seeing this review that gutter issue has not been resolved.
