Longs Peak Cabinetworks

Quality-great. Service-poor. Communication-awful. It's too bad if they are growing faster than they can handle. Moved in our new home in May 2020 and are still waiting for the "adjustments" to be completed. They blame the installer hired by the builder, but not keeping time commitments is just not right. Oh, it's August 2020 now.

Delays, poor communication, broken equipment, sub-contractors who can't be relied to hit a target date, and questionable product quality... The list goes on. It looks ok but after being installed less than 2 months, we're already dealing with a significant breakage, and no commitment to fix. We couldn't be more displeased with Brogan and Longs Peak Cabinetworks.

My cabinets were ordered aug 18th 2018 with the asked 50% down. Our project is still not complete. It has been 9 months. Excuse after Excuse. The only thing that seems logical is other projects are getting priority over mine. I can not understand why? Im very sad that not only am I living in a house half finished, LPC did not provide good customer care. Efforts were made to try and make things right, however.... enough time has lapsed all efforts should be at a close. The quality of much delivered was poor and not appropriate for our home. I had signed off on the materials used in our home but never would have knowing that cabinets would end up dented, wavy on faces, glue exposed in a yellow color, I have white cabinets, ill measured or poorly made products that did not fit the space, hardware that continually needs replaced.... the list goes on. I do not recommend this company. I think the family is a genuinely nice family that runs this, they just can not produce and have been inaccurate with dates they intended to finish our project over and over.
