Hot Tub Tony'z

HE MAY BE HOT WITH SPAS AND TUBS, BUT NOT SO HOT WITH POOLS..Contacted him to close my pool, and confirmed with him the night before, as I purchased a closing kit and placed all the chemicals in for him AND left the HEATER on so the water would be warm for ladder removal. Upon his arrival Tony was rude, short, and questioned why I even hired him. I informed him I had 3 kids I am homeschooling, heard good things about him, and was having a hard time finding the time to close it myself. Upon the start of the job, the man literally started pumping gallons of water on top of my septic tank and towards the playground where my daughters play, even though you could clearly see a drain ditch on the other side of my pool. Fearful of my septic backing up into my house, along with my playground and daughters sinking into a mudpit, I politely asked him to change the direction of the drainage. Hot Tub Tony then turned into a raging psychotic maniac that started cursing and yelling about how experienced he was and that it didn't matter that he dumped hundreds of gallons of water on top of a septic tank. Tony is a sexist egotistical schmuck that cannot stand to have ANY input of feedback from the customer. He proceeded to walk off the job in a toddler sized temper tantrum that was completly void of the actual situation. Tony left me, with 3 kids, on the coldest, rainest, windest day...with winterizing chemicals already in the pool to close it myself. I had to call my 60 year old, disabled dad over to help me get it done. PLEASE, FOR YOUR OWN SANITY and WELL-BEING....DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN.

You wrote a review for Hot Tub Tony’z 7 minutes ago 5/12/2017 Wonderful service! Our 13 year old hot tub needed a new sensor. HT Tony came to our rescue. He replaced the sensor and repaired wires that had fried. He encouraged us to look over his shoulder as he was performing the repairs, explaining everything he was doing, what to watch for and helpful hints. We would use his services again
