This Project required some tricky demo . We moved the water heater to a new closet and essentially put the shower in it's place . This included moving quite a few water supply lines as well as drains . Concrete removal was necessary and was poured to our new grade to accommodate the whirlpool tub . Electrical was also included and the new water heater closet was finished outside with texture , paint and tile wainscoting .

This project was a 2 bathroom, Kitchen , Dining area , Hallway renovation . We also came back and replaced all windows in this home . The master bath was totally reconfigured with the moving of plumbing , walls , water closet , and door to accommodate the owners spacial desires. The tub surround was taken out and replaced with a 3 by 5 foot stand up shower with glass doors . We constructed a custom vanity for this room as well as a custom media cabinet / linen storage . Moving on to the kitchen, we designed, constructed, installed and finished all kitchen cabinets , as well as installing all fixtures and restoring the plumbing and electrical . The ceiling in this room was removed and new drywall installed , floated , textured and painted. One remote controlled ceiling fan in this room. The guest bath was also updated with a full 3 by 5 custom shower, new vanity top , ceramic tile floor, texture and paint. In the dining room we designed and constructed a custom bar with facing to match the wainscoting . The customer wanted a small pass through above the stove top for air flow and communication with the dining area. A divider wall was removed between the living area and dining area and replaced with columns resembling the woodwork on the wainscoting and a ceiling fan . A contrasting ceramic tile was used to transition back to the carpet. The hallway flooring was replaced and some trim and paint work was done in the bedrooms.

This was a very large property and we were among many contractors . It was our pleasure to install these cabinets ( assembled by others ) , along with the doors, drawers, pilasters , trim and mantle . Among our installs were one 12 foot hidden door cabinet , and a hidden space behind the mantle pilaster for access to the fireplace gas valve .
